Reggae Memories: The Memorial
Memorial Day Weekend Concert to Memorialize Local Reggae Leader Psyche Wanzandae

Known for Roots Rock and Reggae, Ziggy’s located 170 W. 9th street in Winston Salem, NC, will be celebrating 35 years of the best Reggae Music Presentations on the East Coast, supporting a Benefit Concert for Brother Psyche Wanzandae aka Terrance Lindsay, Leader of Truth and Rights One Love Reggae Band who has subcumed to  a battle with cancer. In June of 2014 Terence was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer. He went through chemo and radiation treatments. Unfortunately, the cancer metastasized and he passed away in the presence of Family and Friends on May 13, 2015

This Concert will help raise money to help with his Final Arrangements

The best of Reggae artist will grace the stage for a Memorial Day Weekend Kick off on Saturday, May 23, 2015. WNAA’s own Super Duper DC will be the Master of Ceremony and the lineup of Reggae Artist include: Crucial Fire, Daughter of Cab Calloway; CC Calloway, Drums not Guns, One Tribe, DJ Rastaman Liberated Radio Dj Dread Lion International, Lion Trax, reggae band, Pure Fiyah reggae band, Sahara Reggae Band And More!
At this time the Reggae Community will join together to celebrate Brother Psyche and create awareness of cancer.

Vendors and a family atmosphere will be the Highlight of this celebration. SPOTTV will be documenting this event. Will be documented by the team work of SPOTTV.

This event is endorsed by Reggae Giants; Steele Pulse, Mother Culture Sister Carol the Black Cinderella. Elegba folklore society, Dr. Roots Brian Greene, Mistress of Magic Music Azziza

Posthumously respect Mr. Gene Weeks, Brian Peters the original founder of Truth & Rights Hema Pavers, George Bishop. Ras Jah C, Cats Cradle and Chapel Hill fans. More information will be released as more artists sign on for the largest Reggae Concert in 20 years.
