We welcome October with open arms and hearts. We know that a transition is near and we embrace each change with the yearly expectation of what is to come that is known and unknown.
We left the summer in September and Autumn is upon us. We understand that our trees will turn a beautiful brown a radiant red and an illustrious brilliant yellow right before our eyes.
Then the big change occurs the beautiful leaves fall to the ground creating a huge collection of leaves that Imagine to be dollar bills on the ground to make it even more exciting.
October brings us Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Domestic Violence Month, Football Games, Halloween and Is brought to us by the color Pumpkin. So much to look forward to as we count down to the big days of Kwanzaa and Hanukkah and Christmas!
The holiday I look forward to is Thanksgiving. Gratitude is so important. I give thanks for the good and bad because If it wasn’t for both I would not know how to be appreciative.
